Parish Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are normally scheduled for the first Monday of the month - except when this is a bank holiday, in which case the meeting is usually one week later. Additional planning meetings are held as needed, to cover planning applications to which a response is required before the next regular meeting. The date of the next meeting can be found on the home page of the parish council website.

Members of the public are welcome to attend any of the meetings, and raise any matters of concern to them in the 15-minute "open forum" session at the start of the meeting. Normally, meetings are held in the Reading Room, but during the Covid-19 pandemic we moved to holding them online via Zoom (zoom.us). On occasions, Zoom is used for meetings of subcommittees: to take part or watch, start Zoom and join meeting ID 313 378 5045, passcode 941083. (or just click this link).

Copies of minutes, agendas, monthly parish accounts and audit papers are available on the website. Please click on the relevant link below or, for the audit papers, see the archive. Should members of the public wish to see additional papers a request can be made to the clerk. Email gransdenpc@hotmail.co.uk

There are two pages containing links to the agenda and clerk's reports and to the minutes for recent meetings in PDF form, but we also have some posts showing the agenda and (where available) meeting minutes as web pages, which may make them more accessible for you:
